Ministry of Finance - Czech Republic

Support and services for Integrated Information System of State Treasury (IISSP)

This project includes the provision of regular professional IT services to support operation of IISSP built on the SAP platform, as well as providing development services based on the customer's request. For example, modifications resulting from the legislative changes, analysis, solution design and implementation of new functionality including testing and deployment into the production environment, DB upgrade, preparation IISSP migration to new hardware platform, etc.

Institute for clinical and experimental medicine

Delivery of central firewall and WiFi networks extension

The subject of this contract was the delivery of two fully redundant firewalls, supply of system for user authentication, delivery of solution for advanced detection of malicious code in the form of sandbox, supply of an integrated platform to collect logs and generate reports, implementation services and technical support services for 5 years. Additionally, the delivery included 125 network wireless access points for the extension of the existing WiFi network.

Preparation of ICT strategy and security policy

he subject of this contract was to provide advisory and consulting services to analyze current and customer needs and propose new ICT strategy with regard to the planned future development, creation of security policy and ensure MoC ICT conception update and certification as required by Act no. 365/2000 Coll.

The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic

Project management services - New information system (ISTA) implementation

The services consisted of project management services for the project of TA CR new information system (ISTA) development by our partner company Ahasware Ltd. Services included project management of all related project activities, setting the whole project structure, organization and processes of the project team, supervision of the implementation plan, the risk identification and management, communication with the management of the customer, project status reporting, change management, training, management and prioritization of activities of members of the delivery team, monitoring the completion of assigned tasks, acceptance testing and deployment in the test and production environments.

Ministry of Agriculture - Czech Republic

Replacement of current Identity Management solution

The project goal was to completely replace old Identity Management system (IDM) with a modern solution meeting all requirements of Ministry of Agriculture. The implementation included the analysis and detailed solution design, installation of software products in the test and production environments, deployment and configuration of IdM, execution of acceptance tests, creation of user and administrator documentation, training for administrators. Additionally, subsequent software support and maintenance services - i.e. diagnosis and bug fixing, testing of new versions, solution adjustment and further development.)

Administration of State Material Reserves - Czech Republic

Provision of VMware and Fortinet technical support and related implementation services

The subject of this contract was to provide technical support, upgrades and updates (maintenance) for VMware software to create virtual environments within a server platform ICT infrastructure of SSHR, migration of virtual servers, providing technical support, including updates for security gateways (Fortinet FortiGate) configuration of FortiGate to ensure safe access mailboxes of users running on MS Exchange 2010 from the Internet.
